You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Spontsy helps you connect with friends in the real world. Use good judgment when meeting others. Spontsy is not responsible for the actions of other users.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or locations without permission.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

You may be able to create or share content (e.g., messages, photos you choose to upload). You retain ownership of your content. You grant Spontsy a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we can process information as described there.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account in the app’s Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spontsy and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or on our website.
